Pride & Passion Linlithgow
Inaugural Meeting
Pride & Passion Linlithgow came into being as a voluntary organisation at a public meeting in the Visitor Awareness Centre, Linlithgow (Burgh Halls) at 7:00pm on Thursday 8th May 2008.
On a lovely sunny evening there was a good turn-out and those present:
- Reviewed the Draft Constitution and agreed on some Alterations
- Approved and Adopted the revised Constitution
- Elected Officers and Committee Members:
- Chair: Ronnie Bamberry
- Vice-Chair: John Aitken
- Secretary: Ken Richardson
- Treasurer Alan Young
- Committee: Tom Conn, Ian Harkness , a Representative from Linlithgow Round Table (via Alan Evans ), a Representative from Linlithgow Community Council (via Brian Wilson) , Mr Jon Newey (or another Representative from Linlithgow Business Association)
- Heard about Achievements and Plans
- Fixed the Membership Subscription fee at £5 per year for individuals, businesses, organisations and statutory bodies
- Encouraged continuing community support
