The well attended public meeting held on 7th February established the West Lothian Grapevine Twinning Association. Plans are now in place for vists from Grapevine in April and June, when the delegation will be accompanied by a youth band. <More>

Linlithgow Union Canal Society's new centre opens on 7th March and anyone interested in seeing the facilities is welcome from 2-4pm.
