Free Listing
Every buisiness or organisation operating in Linlithgow is entitled to a free listing entry in the relevant section(s) of Linlithgow Web. The listing entries shall each consist of a short descriptive title, linked (where relevant) to your own web page or e-mail. The Linlithgow Pride and Passion Steering Group reserves the right to decide on the wording, positioning and category of the all listing entries. If your organisation is not already listed then please e-mail webmaster@linlithgow.com with your organisation's name, a brief description and the URL (address) of the web page or the e-mail address that you would like us to link your entry to.
Semi-Display Listing
For a small fee, the free listing can be expanded into a semi-display listing. In this case you can submit up to 25 additional words of descriptive text and a single graphic or photograph, the largest dimension of which will be reduced to approximately 120 pixels. If your business or organisationthere has more than one free listing entry, then the can decide which of these entries should be semi-display.
If you would like a semi-display entry then please e-mail webmaster@linlithgow.com with your required text and your graphic, as an attached image file - JPEG (for photographs) or GIF (for logos etc.) plus the section (or sections for multiple positions) where you would like the entry to appear. The Linlithgow Pride and Passion Steering Group shall have the right to refuse to include what it feels to be unsuitable wording. See below for prices and payment terms.
Custom Web Pages
If you do not have your own website, and would like to have a web page or pages describing your business of organisation, then we can add custom web pages for you. These will be in the Linlithgow Web format and will be linked from your entry in Linlithgow Web but will open in a separate browser window. Each custom web pages can include up to 500 words of text and up to 5 images (photographs, logos etc.)
Your Own Mini-Web or Custom Website
If you want several linked web pages, forming your own mini-web or even your own website, then we can produce these for you. This can include a unique design for your pages and the registration of your own domain. Please enquire if you would like to pursue this possibility.
Cost
Semi-Display Entries
Commercial concerns will be invoiced £20 + VAT per annum for the first semi-display entry plus £10 + Vat per annum for additional placements in different categories, as appropriate.
Voluntary organisations will be invoiced £12 (including VAT) for the first semi-display entry plus £6 (including VAT) per annum for additional placements in different categories, as appropriate.
Custom Pages
Commercial concerns will be invoiced £50 + VAT per annum per custom page. Each custom page includes the cost of a single semi-display entry in Linlithgow Web.
Voluntary organisations will be invoiced £30 (including VAT) per page.
Mini-Webs and Custom Web Sites
There is a design cost and then an annual rental fee. The cost depends on the size and complexity of the site. Prices start at around £200 + VAT.
Payment Terms
Payment should be made in advance by BACS (please request our bank details when submitting your entry) or by post to Linnet, Sulisker, Boghall, Linlithgow EH49 7GR, with cheques crossed and made payable to "Local Internet Services Ltd." A VAT receipt will be issued.
